Through movement we find compassion to illuminate our true blissful nature.
— Krishna Abha

we seek to heal the body and empower the mind through movement.

Much of our suffering is a creation of conditioned states of mind. Our goal is to connect you back to nature, your own inner sanctum and the earth. Through our guided classes, we navigate the chatter of our overloaded senses and cultivate dhristi (focus) to what is happening within us; our inner weather. Taking a non-judgmental compassionate approach, we examine the thought patterns that govern our actions and move deeper into the fears that hold us in place, whether locked in an emotion or a frame of thinking, sometimes both. By bringing in the practice of pranayama (breathwork), mantra (vibrational sounds), and asana (poses) we pull away the darkness and shine light. In a literal sense, we begin to create extension to our physical and energetic form, thereby allowing the body to begin the work of extracting and pulling forth the trapped toxins and stuck energy out into the moving body. Our practices are sequenced with a unique combination of the above to support the body to work efficiently for our overall wellbeing.

Through the practice of dance, we begin to create a dialogue between our mind and our muscles bringing the sequence of movements to life with the music.

Through the practice of yoga, we seek to expose and eliminate afflicted states. We train the mind and body towards positive, wholesome states, not yet existing by practicing the opposite.
