a journey into a women’s worth.
How she is valued in the eyes of her community, society, and her own.
How she chooses to navigate through preconceived notions of her assigned gender role and finally into the deepest layers of her own self expression.
No one woman’s journey is the same, but they all have their own trials and tribulations to overcome.

The women behind the show are pioneers in movement of their communities.
These artists were selected for their fearless, multifaceted expression of the self, their ability to convey story, and for tirelessly giving the gift of creative expression to a diverse community throughout Edmonton and Canada.
My intention has always been clear:
to create a dialogue which explores and identifies the gaps in our society that divide us, in hopes to bring us closer together.
